Ingredients
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 4-5 cloves of garlic
- 2 cups hot water
- 1 cup white vinegar
- 3 tablespoons Italian Seasoning Fleur de Sel
- 1 tsp. Regular Sea Salt.
Directions
1. Slice your red onion into thin rings or half-moons and place them in a clean glass jar.
2. Add the garlic cloves to the jar.
3. Pour in the hot water and white vinegar.
4. Add 3 tablespoons of Italian Seasoning Fleur de Sel and any additional sea salt you'd like.
5. Seal the jar tightly and give it a good shake to combine everything.
