These banana oat cinnamon raisin cookies are made with simple, nourishing ingredients, no flour, and come together in one bowl. Perfect for breakfast, snack time, or when you want something sweet without overthinking it!
Ingredients 🍌
• Cinnamon Delight Mix 🌱
• ¾ cup peanut butter (I used @pbfit)
• 3 ripe bananas, mashed
• 2 cups rolled oats
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• Optional mix-ins (chocolate chips, nuts, etc.)
Method 👩🍳
• Mash bananas
• Add vanilla extract, peanut butter, Cinnamon Delight Mix, oats
• Mix until smooth
• Add mix-ins (I used raisins, you could use choc chips or nuts!)
• Bake at 350°F for 12–15 minutes
