A quiet revolution in my kitchen
During Covid, I discovered a deep love for plants and nature. It started quietly, and then it changed everything.
In September 2025, I graduated from the Ecoversity 100-Hour Herbal Certification. I was immersed in centuries of wisdom, from Traditional Chinese Medicine to the sacred importance of sourcing plants ethically. And I found a community of women and men who see the world the way I do.
I haven't stopped learning since.
It all begins with awareness
My awareness changed. I see our connection with the earth everywhere now. In what we eat. In how we feel. In the herbs growing quietly in the garden, and the ocean that gives us the salt in every jar we make.
My grandmother Socorrito always knew that food made with love carries real power. This program gave me the words, the science, and the tradition behind what she knew in her heart.
I truly believe we can change our lives just by becoming aware. And once you become aware, you want to share it with everyone you love.
