- Ocean Root Fleur de Sel Curry Blend
- 3 bell peppers (red, orange, yellow)
- 1 cauliflower
- 1 cup basmati rice
- 1 can garbanzo beans
- 3 chicken breasts, thinly sliced
- Honey or coconut sugar
- 2 tsp paprika
- 3 tsp red pepper flakes
- Salt and olive oil

Recipe
1. Roast the vegetables: Chop bell peppers and cauliflower into bite-sized pieces. Toss with salt and olive oil, then cook in the air fryer at 350°F for 12-15 minutes until tender and slightly caramelized.
2. Make the golden curry rice: In a pot, combine 1 can garbanzo beans (drained), 1 cup basmati rice, 1¾ cups water, 3 tablespoons Golden Milk Blend, 3 tablespoons Curry Blend, 2 tsp paprika, and 3 tsp red pepper flakes. Stir well, bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low. Cover and cook until rice is fluffy and has absorbed all the liquid (about 15-18 minutes).
