Nettle, Mint & Tulsi Herbal Tea Blend, Morning Ritual
A bright, green, caffeine-free cup to start every day.
Morning Ritual is a fresh start in a cup. We blend garden-green nettle and lemon balm with golden meadow goldenrod, cool peppermint and warm, clove-scented tulsi for a tea that tastes like an open window on a sunny morning.
Our herbs come from small organic farms in the Pacific Northwest and beyond. It is smooth enough to drink every day and lively enough to replace that second cup of coffee.
Steep it hot with breakfast, or keep a pitcher of iced Morning Ritual in the fridge all summer long.

Questions
What does it taste like?
Fresh and green, like a garden after rain, with a cool lift of mint and a warm, clove-like finish from tulsi.
Does it have caffeine?
No. Morning Ritual is an herbal tea with no tea leaves, so it is naturally caffeine free.
Why is the pouch 1.5 oz?
Leafy herbs are light and fluffy, so 1.5 oz fills the same pouch as our 2 oz Evening Ritual and makes about the same number of cups.
How should I store it?
Keep the pouch sealed in a cool, dark, dry place. For the best flavor, enjoy within a year.
Good to know
