1 Cauliflower, quartered.
1 White onion, cut in large pieces.
1/2 Potato or Radish.
Bouillon
8 oz whipping cream
Mix everything and boil in chicken broth, or the broth of your choice.
When all done, blend with hand blender then add whip cream, add
(French blend Fleur de Sel ) and pepper.
Top with little cheese of your choice and crispy bacon top.
