Having tried 2 of the other products and really enjoyed them I also purchased the French and the Italian.
I can say that I have not tried the Italian yet but I have tried the French and For me it goes well on a salad and vegetables. I have not tried it on any proteins.
Overall their products are of Great quality and will continue to purchase them.
